Join us Tuesday at 10:00-11:00 and Friday at 1:00-2:00 for this Parkinsons specific exercise program.
Components of the program reduce rigidity, elevate functional ability, address fall prevention and freeing up of movement all while enjoying music and learning fundamental applications to help delay further regression. A social and supportive fun hour for all ages.
