DESCRIPTION:You're invited to a FREE ukulele jam session — perfect for th
 ose with a basic grasp of chords. Bass and cajon players who can lay down 
 a groove from a ukulele chord chart are also welcome!\n\nJust bring your o
 wn instrument and join the fun!\n\nOur teacher\, Vivek\, has been playing
  the ukulele at the campfire level for about 15 years and ran a club in Pl
 easanton\, California\, for the last three years. He enjoy playing as a 
 group without amplification\, mixing favorite songs with "project songs" a
 nd deep cuts.\n\nWhat to expect:\n\n 	Strumming and shouting songs from my
  Pleasanton Songbook. There’s classic pop/rock (The Beatles\, Eagles\, A
 BBA)\, reggae (IZ\, Common Kings)\, singalong standards (Stand By Me\, Wag
 on Wheel)\, plus a few modern earworms (Flowers\, Feather) and a bunch of 
 Late 90’s. We’ll nail some and murder others. Here’s a link to the s
 ongbook and supplement\, and to a Spotify playlist.\n 	Getting to know eac
 h other and what we like to play together.\n 	The room should comfortably 
 hold up to 12 people but there aren’t many tables. Bring a music stand i
 f you have one! And bring the songbook on a device or in print.\n\nCheck o
