SUMMARY:Chili Cook-off Contestant Registration
DESCRIPTION:Please read all rules before registering to ensure you qualify 
 to compete and can meet all requirements.\n\nRules - click to read\n\n 	Ea
 ch cook may only submit up to two chili entries\, but must pay $10 for eac
 h entry.\n 	We will provide tables and chairs for cooks\, but if you have 
 your own to bring\, please let us know as it helps with organizing logisti
 cs.\n 	$10 registration for each entry and is non-refundable due to proces
 sing and administration costs (unless we have to cancel festival due to se
 vere weather). Registration deadline is September 16th. Register early as
