LVSS complies with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and the Privacy Information and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) of Canada.

When an applicant becomes a member or volunteer of Lynn Valley Services Society (LVSS) they hereby give permission for his or her information to be used only for the purposes of LVSS business in accordance with these legislations.

LVSS grants access to this information only to employees, members of the Board of Directors or to other non affiliated third parties ( such as organizations we may apply to for grants or donations) in order to fulfill LVSS related activities.

It is an LVSS requirement that in all situations your personal information is to remain confidential.
