COVID Policy

Policy for entry to Mollie Nye House and proof of Covid-19 Vaccination

In order to play our part in safeguarding our community, LVSS is committed to providing access to programs and activities that comply with current provincial guidelines and have the appropriate safety protocols in place.

This policy may be updated at any time by the LVSS Board of Directors, and applies to, but is not limited to, board members, all staff, instructors, key volunteers, program participants and attendees at any activity held in Mollie Nye house.

Masks must be worn at all times inside Mollie Nye House.

Please stay home if you are sick (even with minor symptoms)

As of October 15, 2021, everyone over 12 years of age entering the Mollie Nye House must show proof of full or partial vaccination.  If you have received your first vaccine, we expect that you be fully vaccinated within 35 days - no later than December 1st, 2021.

Contact tracing lists will be maintained for all activities and relevant information will be added to rental or other contractual arrangements.

How to show proof of Covid-19 vaccination:

  1. Present BC Vaccine Card either on paper or on mobile device and
  2. Present Government ID with photo – such as driver’s license, BC Services Card, or a passport

Anyone who is not partially or fully vaccinated, must provide proof (Doctor’s Attestation) of being exempt before entry.

Lynn Valley Services Society cannot be held liable or responsible for anyone contracting any communicable disease including, but not limited to, COVID-19.

Further information will be available soon.

We thank you all in advance for your cooperation.
